Post-merge, will api(dot)securerpc(dot)com/v1 accept sendBundle calls from public?

Currently api(dot)securerpc(dot)com/v1 accepts sendBundle calls from public. Will it continue to do so post-merge? If so, will there be any changes to current behavior?
