Does manifold relay support query of pending block header via API ?

baseUrl/eth/v1/builder/header/{slot}/{parent_hash}/{validator_pubkey}

this URL works for ultrasound titan aeutus relays. i tried https://api.securerpc.com and it doesnt’ work
